Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Mohab (mohab.design), based in Cairo, Egypt, collects when you use this site or get in touch, how it is used, and the choices you have. It is kept deliberately minimal.
1. What I collect
When you use the contact or compose form, or book a call, Mohab receives the information you provide, typically your name, email address, and message. If you schedule a call, your booking details are processed by Google Calendar under its own privacy policy. Mohab also collects anonymous, aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate region through the site’s built-in analytics, to understand what is working.
2. How I use it
This information is used only to respond to you, to scope and deliver work, to send invoices, and to improve the site. It is never used for purposes you did not reach out for.
3. Cookies and analytics
The site may use a minimal number of cookies or similar technologies for analytics and basic functionality. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, and the core pages will continue to work.
4. Third-party services
Mohab relies on a small number of trusted providers that process data on its behalf, including Framer, which hosts this site, the email provider used to correspond with you, and Google Calendar, used for scheduling calls. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
5. Sharing
Mohab does not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with the service providers above as needed to operate the service, or where required by law.
6. Retention
Enquiry and project data is kept only for as long as needed to work together and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data Mohab holds about you at any time. Email hi@mohab.design and your request will be handled promptly.
8. Security
Mohab takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under 16, and Mohab does not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. International visitors
The site is operated from Egypt. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be processed in Egypt and by the third-party providers listed above.
11. Changes to this policy
Mohab may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.

What do I get with PortfoliOS?

Yes. Lifetime template updates by email when PortfoliOS ships improvements. Support is included if something in the template is broken or unclear.
What is your refund policy?
Digital products are generally final once the remix is delivered. If the file is broken or not as described, email me and we will make it right.
